You may understand your customers and – hopefully – your staff, but how aware are you of other stakeholder groups?
Stakeholder Analysis is a simple but effective technique for recognising groups who have – or could have – an interest in your organisation and then identifying their different characteristics, needs and expectations.
Some of our clients have used Stakeholder Analysis to focus on groups that they had previously overlooked, such as lobbyists, suppliers, community advocates and funders. The insights gained have changed the way that they consult on key issues, take decisions and communicate.
We apply the kinkajou know-how philosophy of helping our clients to help themselves by creating ‘toolkits’ and documentation for maintaining the Stakeholder Analysis and extending it to other areas of a company’s activities.
